Cowan Creek Tournament Specifics

Cowan Creek pairings are now available.

  • CTGA welcomes New Members AMIR ALPERT, ANDREW ARREDONDO, KARL MORRIS, and BRETT SMITH, and Special Guest NATHAN ALDERMAN to our Cowan Creek tournament.
  • This is our first official 2013 tournament. Remember that, for all of us playing Sunday, our annual Membership Fees are due unless arrangements are made with Sean to defer partial payment.
  • A new wrinkle with this tournament….the first ever event where we have 3 Player Pool Flights and Flights A & B play from the back tees and only Flight C plays from the up tees.

All players are responsible for knowing tournament specifics including Pairings, Assigned Tees, Flights, Starting Time, and Rules of Play. This information will be posted at the Cowan Creek pro shop before the start of play.

All players should be at the course, signed in and ready to play no later than 7:30 as we’ll be going to our starting holes at about 7:50. Starting holes will be advised at the course on Sunday.

Kevin Lowe and Scott Preece will be the Directors in charge of this event, assisted by Eddie Nunez. Please direct tournament day questions or concerns to them.

Fall Classic Results

Fall Classic results are now available.

This year’s Fall Classic was arguably the best yet. Participation was strong with 50 players committed to play. Unfortunately we had one No-Show and 2 withdrew during the tournament. It was tough to see some of our players having to play with adjusted handicaps due to lack of sufficient tournaments played during the year. Next year we expect these members to be gunning with full handicaps.

Congratulations to our Competition Winners
