Fall Classic and Fedex Cup Playoffs

Our 2011 Fall Classic and FedEx Cup Playoffs are just around the corner. Here are the particulars for each:

FedEx Cup Playoffs include a 2 round Elimination, then a 2 round final :

Round 1 elimination: Saturday, September 17 at Morris Williams

Round 2 elimination: Sunday, September 24 at Roy Kizer

Final Playoff Rounds (2): Concurrent with our 2011 Fall Classic (October 1 & 2)

All members who qualify based on our 2011 FedEx Cup Sliding Scale (attached) are eligible to compete in the Playoff rounds.
Two (2) Playoff Flights determined by player handicap
Points will be earned based on Playoff finish in each of the 2 elimination rounds and will be added to existing Average Points Per Round total accumulated during the year-long FedEx Cup competition
Six (6) players within each Playoff Flights with the most cumulative points earned will advance to the FedEx Cup Finals
Points received in the 1st Finals Round (October 1) will be added to the total points earned
Total Points earned will be adjusted for the Round 2 Finals (October 2)
Winner will be the player with the most total points after Round 2 Finals (adjusted points plus points earned in Finals Round 2)

All 2011 active members are eligible to play in our Fall Classic
Eligibility to compete in the Medal Play competition and adjusted handicaps are determined by our 2011 Qualifying Guidelines and Handicap Adjustment Tables (attached)
All members are eligible to compete in our optional Trash and Team competitions
