4 EVENTS REMAINING PRIOR TO OUR FEDEX CUP ELIMINATION PLAYOFF
- We are looking at scheduling an additional tournament on Sunday, September 21. We try to do this every year to give our members the opportunity to get one more event in prior to our Fall Classic. Details will be forthcoming.
- Remember, our next tournament is at Starcke Park in Seguin, what is arguably, one of the “Hidden Jewels” of Central Texas.
- We will be sending out requests for Carpooling to Seguin on August 16. Anyone interested should contact us at your convenience.
STAR RANCH TOURNAMENT RESULTS
It was great to see our largest turnout of the year so far (71 players) at a weekday tournament. Needless to say, Star Ranch is one of the premier courses on our schedule. Not to take anything away from the quality of play at Star Ranch, we have to admit the course, as it is set up for the average golfer, is a bit short. For our next event here, we will work with Star Ranch staff to lengthen their tees for all our Flights.
