Fall Classic and Fedex Cup Playoffs Results

Fall Classic, Fedex Cup Playoffs and Kodak Challenge results are now available.

FROM YOUR DIRECTOR

  • On behalf of your 2011 Directors, we want to express a special thank all our CTGA Members for helping make this year the success that it was.
  • Yesterday evening I attended the annual Austin Golf League Directors’ meeting to secure our tournament dates for Jimmy Clay, Roy Kizer and Lions Muny courses. Morris Williams is scheduled to shut down January 1 to begin their 10 month renovation.

Cory Miers and Zach Sewill for joining us this weekend knowing they were unable to compete in our Medal Play competition due to lack of rounds played. We hope you enjoyed the event as did the rest of us.

Ed Hilpert for the Low Net Score (64) of the tournament.

Chris Wadle for the closest Close To Pin shot of the tournament at 5' 6". Of the 8 hole winners, 4 were under 10 feet and the longest was 20’ 8”. Not bad for a bunch of amateurs.

Mark Cullins, Joe Gimenez, Cory Miers, and Zach Sewill for longest Drives of the day.

Ed Hilpert for the most Trash Wins, including 1 Close to Pin, 5 Skins and 1 Deuce.

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU to outgoing Directors Chris Wadle and Jeff Bowman for their work in 2011. You did a great job, guys.

And finally, A VERY SPECIAL WELCOME to our new incoming 2012 At Large Director, Kevin Lowe. We look forward to working with you, Kevin.

Until our first event of our 2012 CTGA Tournament Year on October 22…..
