Delaware Springs Tournament Specifics
Delaware Springs pairings are now available.
- CTGA welcomes New Members SHELLY McLAUGHLIN and JOHN WEISHEIT and Special Guest (and ex-member) RALPH LOUGHMILLER to our Delaware Springs tournament.
- We still have room for more players. If you haven’t signed up yet and want to play, please let us know ASAP.
- Another reminder to all players: Please record ONLY GROSS SCORES on your official scorecard….and circle Birdies and Eagles.
All players are responsible for knowing tournament specifics including Pairings,Assigned Tees, Flights, Starting Holes, and Rules of Play. This information will beposted at Delaware Springs Pro Shop prior to start of play.
All players should be at the course, signed in and ready to play no later than 8:30 as we’ll be going to our starting holes at 8:45.
Kevin Lowe and Scott Preece will be the CTGA Directors in charge of this event, assisted by Eddie Nunez. Please direct tournament day questions or concerns to them.

Tournament Fee (Green Fee & Player Pool) - $65.00
Skins & Deuces - $5.00 each

1st Flight Men play BLACK TEES (6,891 yards)
2ND & 3RD Flight Men play BLUE TEES (6,328 yards)
Ladies play RED TEES (4,931 yards)
TRASH FLIGHT CARRYOVER: 2nd Trash Flights Carryover this event. See attached Carryover sheet for details.
CLOSE TO PIN HOLES: 1st Trash Flight - # 5 & #16; 2nd Trash Flight - # 7 & # 13
KODAK CHALLENGE HOLES: # 7 and # 15.
SUNDAY WEATHER FORECAST: In the 80’s with a slight chance of showers. If the weather does turn bad, call the golf course (512-756-8471) or Eddie Nunez (512-797-0566) after 7:30 on tournament day for status of play.
CTGA PACE OF PLAY: We’ll continue to push for our 4:30 pace target. Note that penalties will be assessed for “Excessive Slow Play”.
DELAWARE SPRINGS DRESS CODE: No specific requirements for golf attire. CTGA does, however, request all players to dress consistent with upscale course requirements. They are a soft spike facility.

Hwy 281 for 15.8 miles, then turn Left…
Follow directions to golf course.
Allow about 1:20 drive time from center of Austin to Delaware Springs, so make sure you leave early enough to get there on time.
