Avery Ranch Tournament Specifics
Avery Ranch pairings are now available.
All players are responsible for knowing tournament specifics including Pairings, Assigned Tees, Flights, Starting Times, and Rules of Play. This information will be posted at Avery Ranch prior to start of play.
All players should be at the course, signed in and ready to play at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.
Eddie Nunez will be the Directors in charge of this event. Please direct tournament day questions or concerns to him.
FORMAT: MEDAL PLAY
TOURNAMENT COST:
Tournament Fee (Green Fee & Player Pool) - $70.00
Skins & Deuces - $5.00 each
NOTE: Carts and Range Balls are included in above Tournament Fee.
1st TEE TIME: 1:00
TEES TO PLAY:
- 1st Flight Men play GOLD TEES (6,594 yards)
- 2nd and 3rd Flight Men play BLUE TEES (6,229 yards)
- Ladies play GREEN TEES (4,924 yards)
TRASH FLIGHT CARRYOVER: No Carryover in either Trash Flights this event.
CLOSE TO PIN HOLES: 1st Trash Flight - # 6 & #11; 2nd Trash Flight - # 8 & # 17
KODAK CHALLENGE HOLES: # 5 and # 18.
THURSDAY WEATHER FORECAST: High 60’s and cloudy. If the weather does turn bad, call the golf course (512-248-2442) or Eddie Nunez (512-797-0566) after 11:30 on tournament day for status of play.
CTGA PACE OF PLAY: Our expectations are high for all 4-somes meeting their 4:30 pace target. Note that penalties will be assessed for “Excessive Slow Play”.
AVERY RANCH DRESS CODE requires proper golf attire. CTGA requests all players to dress consistent with upscale course requirements. They are a soft spike facility.
