The weatherman shows a 30% chance of rain on Sunday….this does mean there’s a 70% chance it won’t. Let’s hope for the best.

All players should be at the course, signed in and ready to play by 8:00 as we’ll be going to our starting holes at 8:25.
Kevin Lowe, Scott Preece and Steve Barnes will be the Directors in charge of this event, assisted by Eddie Nunez. Please direct tournament day questions or concerns to them.

VAALER CREEK DRESS CODE: They do have a dress code consistent with Country Clubs, so please dress accordingly. They are a Soft Spike facility.

When you enter into Rockin' J Ranch you will drive through the gate and proceed past the sales office. Approximately one mile past the gate you will come to a 4-way intersection. If you are only going to the practice range, you will turn right. If you are going to the golf shop to play, you will continue straight through the intersection another 3/4 of a mile until you come to Jeff Vaughn Road. Turn right and you will drive 1/4 mile and the golf shop will be on your right.

CTGA welcomed New Member PATRICK WUNSCH and Special Guests CHESTER BURKES, CONNER LOWE, LEE McMILLAN and TRACY SHAFF to our Morris Williams tournament.
We had some problems with our Pace of Play on Saturday as a couple foursomes were much slower than our target pace during the middle portion of their round. Fortunately, after assistance from the course Marshal, did a fair job of closing the gap. We must be more conscious of our Pace to avoid negative consequences.
