Jimmy Clay results are now available.
- In addition to the Jimmy Clay Medal Play Results, also attached is the results of Round 1 of our FedEx Cup Elimination Playoff. Remember…no elimination between Playoff Round 1 and Round 2. We’re all still in the running.
- Another point of clarification….Our next tournament at Morris Williams is a regular Medal Play event and the FedEx Cup Playoff round is an added part of this tournament.
- Sign up deadline for Morris Williams is Monday, September 18 for all players not in the FedEx Playoff. All FedEx Playoff players will be add to the Morris Williams field UNLESS you send an email advising that you won’t be able to play Saturday.

- Our next event on Saturday, September 16 is a Medal Play event as all previous events…and the first round of our FedEx Cup Playoffs.
- If you are competing in our FedEx Cup Playoffs, please note your intent in the Comment box when you sign up Online.
- A list of all FedEx Cup qualifying players will be sent out within the next couple days along with the Playoff guidelines.

Yesterday was possibly the most brutal round of the year weather wise. I don’t remember the heat index being this severe in the past. It looks like a cooling trend is coming. Let’s hope September shows us some significant relief.

Make sure you know where you stand for qualifying rounds.
And remember….our September 16 and September 23 events are regular Medal Play events and the FedEx Cup Playoffs are just an added part of those events.
Lastly, don’t forget that the date of our Fall Classic has moved from September 30~October 1 to October 14~15

KODAK CHALLENGE HOLES: #2 and #11.
ROY KIZER DRESS CODE: Although they have no specific dress code, CTGA asks that all players dress consistent with Country Club attire, so please dress accordingly. They are a Soft Spike facility.
SATURDAY WEATHER FORECAST: What else….Hot and Sunny, so stay hydrated. If the weather does turn bad, call Eddie (512-797-0566) after8:00 on Saturday as he’ll be in touch with the course by then.
