Jimmy Clay Tournament Results

Jimmy Clay results are now available.

  • CTGA welcomed Guest NATHAN ALDERMAN to our Jimmy Clay event.

We have to give out “Kudos” to all players as our Pace of Play yesterday was excellent.  Our first foursome finished in 4 hours – 24 minutes and, although our last foursome finished in 4 hours – 56 minutes, all foursomes finished within 13 minutes of the group in front.  This means we lost only an average of 2.6 minutes per foursome for the day.  OUTSTANDING….and special thanks to all.

Sean asked me to advise all Jimmy Clay players that he overcharged us all $10.00.  He somehow entered $10.00 each for Skins and Deuces and only after the fact realized the mistake.  So…all of us will have $10.00 credit on the books for our next tournament.

  • We will be sending out more information on the purchase of CTGA Logo attire (shirts, hats, outerwear, etc.)  This information will include new logo samples and a price list for all Antigua products.
  • Also attached are the FedEx Cup points for Saturday’s Jimmy Clay tournament.

Hidden Falls Results

Hidden Falls results are now available.

Our CTGA Pace of Play on Sunday was, again, excellent.  All foursomes completed their round within our target time.  This is a great trend developing for 2018 and we look for it to continue.  Great job everyone!!!!!

There was some confusion yesterday with our Back 9 Close-To-Pin holes.  Unfortunately, the #17 CTP marker was put on #15 hole and #15 marker on #17 hole.  Although there were players in the different Flights who were closer, we had to go with the correct distances for those whose names were on the Prox markers.  We don’t expect this to happen again in the future.

At our October annual meeting, members requested the opportunity to purchase CTGA logo shirts, caps, outerwear, etc.  We announced at Hidden Falls yesterday that we now have a vendor and are ready to start taking orders.  I’ll be sending out more information on this within the week.
