Forest Creek results are now available.

  • CTGA welcomed New Members CLAYTON BLAND and TROY DAESCHNER, and Special Guests JED KENNIS, MATT SURINA and DANA THOMPSON to our Forest Creek tournament.
  • As a continuing reminder, if you sign up for a CTGA event and, for whatever reason you can’t make it, PLEASE CALL either the course or a CTGA Director prior to start of play to let us know.  Thanks in advance.
  • Please take a few minutes to review the Pace of Play Monitor results.  There were definitely some good results and, unfortunately, still some not so good.  Let’s keep working on this so we can become a “benchmark” Pace of Play organization.

FOREST CREEK TOURNAMENT RESULTS

An outstanding day for CTGA tournament golf.  The only negatives with our event were the extremely high rough and washed out bunkers.  Although these were a bit of a concern, we understand the conditions due to the excessive rains we’ve had lately.  We would have played the bunkers as Ground Under Repair had we known in advance of their condition.  Other than that, a great day for golf.

Congratulations to our Forest Creek Medal Play Flight winners…..

1st Flight:   Erik Rudi (74 / 69)

2nd Flight:  AJ Ju (89 / 76)

3rd Flight:  Steve Barnes (89 / 75)

4th Flight:  Ken Pilcher (83 / 68)

5th Flight:  Matt Surina (94 / 65)

Also, special Kudos to….

  • Erik Rudi with Low Gross Rounds of the Day – 74
  • Matt Surina with Low Net Rounds the Day - 65
  • Closest Par 3 shots of the day:

1st Trash Flight:  Erik Rudi – 16’ 6” on #8

2nd Trash Flight:  Ken Blalock - 7’ 1” on #6

  • Josh Johnson, Bill Lindquist and Erik Rudi for the only Deuces in the 1st Trash Flight
  • John Valadez for the only Deuces in the 2nd Trash Flight
